Oh, I can relate to the heat. I'm in the Central Florida area, and it's FINALLY getting below 90's and we're all ecstatic.
I don't have a link to a recipe, but I use black beans a lot for a meat substitute to make a quick meal on the cheap...I make black bean burgers, taco's with black beans, etc..
