Juicing Recipe: Apples, Peaches & Grapes

The more I juice the more I wonder what the heck I was drinking before. There is nothing like a big fresh glass of your own mixed fruit juice.

Here is a mixture that tastes great and takes advantage of peach season but has enough cheaper fruit to keep it economical.

This made enough juice for two big glasses!

Very little prep, just remember to remove the pits.

Frothy and wonderful, try blending with a cup of ice.
Add yogurt to create a super healthy smoothie.



Apples - Apples are a good source of dietary fiber and vitamin C.

Peaches – Peaches contain calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, fluoride, vitamin C, folate, folic acid, beta carotene, vitamin A and a slew of trace nutrients.
